Design
Once we’ve confirmed a good fit, we connect you with the right designer for your project and begin shaping your vision into reality. During this phase, we collaborate closely with the design team to ensure every detail aligns with your goals and budget. Through value engineering throughout the design process, we help create a home that looks incredible while remaining financially realistic.
Pre-Construction
With the design complete, we move into the pre-construction phase. We develop a detailed, line-by-line proposal based on your finalized plans so you clearly understand what the project is expected to cost before construction begins.
The design and pre-construction phases are covered by a retainer, which allows us to dedicate the necessary time and attention to planning, coordination, and budgeting.
Construction
With your proposal approved and contracts signed, construction begins. During this phase, our team manages every aspect of the build—from scheduling and coordination to quality control and communication. You’ll receive regular updates and progress reports as your project takes shape, ensuring a smooth and transparent building experience.
Warranty & Maintenance
After completion, your project transitions into our warranty phase. Every client receives one year of complimentary quarterly maintenance to ensure the home continues to perform as it should. These visits allow us to stay connected, address any adjustments, and confirm that every system and finish is operating smoothly, providing peace of mind long after move-in.
